Discussion on development of cleaner production audit in the beverage industry

  • In this paper,energy consumption and pollutant emission characteristics of the beverage industry were analyzed,principles of cleaner production audit were introduced,some key points were also highlighted during the audit in the beverage industry. Cleaner production audit methodology should be implemented effectively in consideration of production characteristics of the beverage industry,in order to save energy,reduce pollution,improve efficiency and sustainable development.
