  • Plant functional beverage is a kind of functional beverages. More and more healthy properties are discovered.The definition and main classifications of plant functional beverage were given and summarized in the present review. Current situation,prominent problems as well as developmental trend of plant functional beverage were also introduced,hoping to provide clues for further study.
