Research development of detection methods of cephalosporins in food

  • Food safety problems caused by the abuse of antibiotics in animal breeding process has caused widespread concern in the community.There are nearly 60 kinds of cephalosporins have been used in clinical and veterinary fields. In order to fully understand the detection technology research status of the cephalosporin antibiotics,this paper summarizes the application of detection technology on cephalosporin antibiotic residues in food,foucusing on the sample preparation and detection methods and discussions of the trends of food cephalosporin antibiotic residues detection technology.
