Research of the effect of Periplaneta Americana different extracts on scavenging free radical and anti- lipid perxidation

Objective: To study the effect of scavenging free radical and anti- lipid perxidation on Periplaneta Americana different extract( ML- A,ML- A1,ML- A2,ML- A3,ML- A4,ML- A5,ML- A6,ML- A7).Method: DPPH was used to study the ability of scavenging free radicals of Periplaneta Americana different extracts.Using TBA to study the inhibition of Periplaneta Americana different extracts on MDA in the rat liver tissue homogenate. Result:Periplaneta Americana different extracts had certain scavenging effect on DPPH· and could inhibit MDA the rat liver tissue lipid oxidation products of spontaneous generation. Conclusion: During the different extracts of Periplaneta Americana,ML- A2 had the strongest effect of scavenging DPPH·,ML- A4 had the strongest effect of anti- lipid perxidation.
