Oryzanol is a kind of natural compounds extracte from rice bran oil,germ oil or other corn oil.It is a great valuable by- product in the manufacturing process of rice bran and rice bran oil. The compositions of oryzanol,method of extraction and purification were summmarized in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction technology were discussed emphatically.The practical problems encountered in the experiment would be analysised and put forward solutions.
