Effect of different packing bags on quality of Gastrodia elata Bl

  • In order to explore the preservation technology of gastrodia elata,four kinds of fresh- keeping bag Gastrodia elata Bl in Hanzhong city had been chosen as experimental material,including PE20,PE30,PE40 and antibacterial,and then storage at room temperature. The changes of Gastrodia elata Bl's weight loss rate,decay index,respiration intensity,protein,total sugar and gastrodin content index should be measured and compared in each 8 days.The result showed that PE20 fresh- keeping bags had optimal effect on Gastrodia elata storage.In the process of storage,it prevented the water loss,wilting and decay of gastrodia elata effectively and the increase of respiration intensity of the gastrodia elata was inhibited. It well controlled the loss of the protein,total sugar and gastrodine content in gastrodia elata. The storage period was extended to 65 days,could keep the quality of fruit.The research could provide a cold storage and transport of fresh- keeping for Gastrodia elata Bl.
