Evaluation of anti- oxidation function of compound formula soft capsule on human using eating test

  • Objective: To evaluate the impact of complex formula soft capsule's anti-oxidation function on human body after human test.Methods: 120 volunteers were randomly divided into test group and control group.Subjects in test group were given complex formula of soft capsules consecutively for 90 days.The control group takes the placebo.Using methods of self-control and the control group,indicators related safety and efficacy parameters were measured.Results: After eating complex formula of soft capsules,superoxide dismutase( SOD) of test group increased 14.69 ± 18.51 U/m L,which increased the percentage of 19.55%,there was significant difference in selfcontrol and the control group. Malondialdehyde( MDA) was reduced 1.67 ± 3.03 nmol/m L,the percentage of decreasing level was 14.97%,there was significant difference in self-control and the control group. Glutathione peroxidase( GSH-PX) increased 5.73 ± 29.64 U/m L,the percentage of was 5.29%,there was no significant difference between self-control and the control group. Before and after the testing,there were not significantly change about every safe index. The above showed that the product had no adverse effects on the subject 's health.Conclusions: The complex formula of soft capsules has anti-oxidation function.
