Determination of 15 mono- phenols in grape skin and seeds by high performance liquid chromatography

  • A high performance liquid chromatograohic( HPLC) method was established for the determination of 15mono-phenols in grape skin and grape seeds. The ZORBAX SB-C18( 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used as chromatographic column with column temperature of 30 ℃.Acetonitrile and formic acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase by gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at280 nm. A good linearity was obtained for 15 mono-phenols in the range of 0.01 ~ 0.10 mg/L. The correlation coefficients were in range of 0.9980 ~ 0.9999. The recoveries of standard samples were in the range of 93.25% ~109.12%. The method was rapid,simple and high senstivity and was suitable for the determination of 15 monophenols in grape skin and grape seeds.
