Optimization of homogenate extraction of polysaccharides from Inonotus obliquus based on response surface methodology

  • Used the response surface methodology to optimize the homogenate extraction of polysaccharide from Inonotus obliquus. To optimize the optimum process parameters of the homogenate extraction of polysaccharide from Inonotus obliquus using response surface methodology which based on the single factor test that used extraction rate as response value and used solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction voltage as the main study factors. The results indicated that the optimum condition was achieved when solid-liquid ratio was 1∶23,extraction time was 86 s,and extraction voltage was 150 V. The extraction rate was the highest,which could reach 8.52%. Conclusion:The homogenate extraction was suitable for extraction of polysaccharide from Inonotus obliquus. The process had the advantages of convenient,fast and efficient. The optimal conditions based on response surface methodology were accurate.
