Determination of 16 kinds of phthalate acid esters in edible oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

  • The method of detecting 16 kinds of phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in edible oil by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established. In this method,acetonitrile and methylene chloride 1∶2(v∶v) was used as extractant,Florisil and PSA was used as purifying filler to the sample after extracting,the external standard method was adopted for quantifying in the GC-MS. The results showed that the method had good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~8.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient R2 more than 0.999,the instrumental limit of detection(S/N=3) was 0.41~2.30 μg/L,the average recovery was 83.75%~102.50%,relative standard deviation(RSD) was between 2.16%~10.21%. This method was quick and easy,low cost,and was suitable for the batch test.
