Study advances on preservation technologies of cherry tomatoes

  • The preservation technologies of cherry tomatoes,such as physical,chemical and coating preservatives were summarized in this paper.And other technologies of postharvest heat or cold treatment,ozone,compression or decompression technology were described briefly.The problems of these technologies were succinctly analysed in order to provide guidance of future research directions.
