Optimization of supercritical CO2 extraction of blueberry anthocyanins using response surface methodology

  • To optimize supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of anthocyanins from blueberry using response surface methodology based on a 4- variable,3- level Box- Benhnken design.The results showed that the optimum conditions were extraction pressure of 28 MPa,extraction temperature of 40 ℃,extraction time of 60 min and liquid materials ratio of 7 ∶ 1( m L ∶ g). Under these conditions,the model predicted and experimental values of anthocyanins content were 1.59 mg / g and 1.58 mg / g,respectively.
