Review on vulnerability assessment and its application in quality and safety risk assessment of edible agricultural products

  • Vulnerability assessment was a hot issue in the domain of global sustainable development. Based on the previous studies,the concepts and assessment methods of vulnerability were reviewed in this paper.Considering the limitations of traditional risk assessment methods,the vulnerability assessment application on risk assessment of the edible agriculture products was also discussed. Finally,some problems of vulnerability assessment urgent to be solved were provided.
