  • The quantity and purity of foodborne pathogens' DNA affect the accuracy and sensitivity of molecular biological technology seriously.The separation,enrichment and DNA extraction of bacteria in detecting foodborne pathogens become research hotspot with the application of molecular biological technology. In this paper,the separation,enrichment and DNA extraction of foodborne pathogens are summarized to development more rapid and sensitive molecular biological technology.
