Advancement in research of α-glucosidase inhibitors of natural products

  • The α-glucosidase inhibitors are effectively reduce postprandial blood glucose,which is the first choice on treatment of type II diabetes. At present,there have been three kinds of drugs in market. This paper mainly reviews three listed drugs,all kinds of α-glucosidase inhibitors discover from the natural products and screening model in recent years. It is expected to provide references for α-glucosidase inhibitors of screening,research and application.
