  • The processing by- products, ink in marine cephalopods such as sleeve- fish, cuttlefish, etc, have melanin, polysaccharide, protein, peptides and other active ingredients.The research progress of active ingredients were reviewed in extracting methods and functional activities in the marine cephalopods ink, in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of marine biological active substances.
