Study on the production of pentachlorophenoi- na monoclonal antibodies and its enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for rapid detection

  • The synthesized pentachloropheno I- na hapten was prepared from a sequence of reactions that used pentachloropheno I- Na and 4- Bromobutyric acid ethyl ester. And pentachloropheno I- Na monoclonal antibodies were prepared by pentachloropheno I- Na antigen.Then the limit of detection and relative standard deviation ( RSD) of pentachloropheno I-Na enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit was studied.The limit of detection was 0.75 μg / kg in fish and shrimp, with the IC50 values of 0.31 μg / L.The average recoveries were between 71.5% and 104.7%.The standard curve ranged from 0.05 to 4.05 μg / L, and RSD was less than 10%.The stability tests results revealed that the kit can be kept for a long time.
