Screening of high- yield nuclease P1 strain by exposed under atmospheric and room temperature plasma

  • To enhance the productivity of nuclease P1 from Penicillium citrinum, a novel mutation system with atmospheric and room temperature plasma ( ARTP) was used. Experiment results indicated that the high- yield nuclease P1 strains ( CK- 3- 1, CK- 3- 7, CK- 3- 9) was obtained, and the CK- 3- 9 nuclease P1 enzyme activity reached 1232 U / m L, which was increased by 42.2% compared with the parent strain CK-3.The result showed that the genetic stability was good.
