Study on the separation and domestication of Armillarialuteo-rivens strain

  • With tissue-isolate method,the Armillaria luteo-rivens strain was isolated from the juncture between stipe and pileus of its fruit body. The purified strain was obtained after repeated purification. The strain as experimental material,the colony diameter and mycelia yield were taken as indexes to study the influence of mycelia growth by different carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salt,vitamin,and were carried out through the single factor test and orthogonal test. The result showed that the optimal culture condition of Armillarialuteorivens was potato 20%,extract of soybean sprouts 10%,KH2PO40.3‰,VB1+VB21 mg/L(proportion). Under this culture condition,the mycelia yield was up to 6.5 mg/m L.
