The research progress of utilization and developmental trend on by-products from processing industry of fruit and vegetables

  • By-product of fruit and vegetable processing industry had increased extensively in our country as the industry develops rapidly,which resulted in serious waste pollution. At the same time,resources loss could not be ignored because of the under-utilization of the by-product as it contains a variety of active ingredients. The present utilization situation of the by-product of fruit and vegetable processing and its developmental trend were described and offered referable suggestions for its comprehensive utilization in the future.
