Process optimization of γ-aminobutyric acid from germinated brown rice by circulating countercurrent extraction method

  • By using water as extraction solvent, the laboratory simulation of dynamic countercurrent extraction method and response surface experimental design method were used for optimizing process conditions ofγ-aminobutyric acid from germinated brown rice. The experimental results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were single stage extraction time for 59 min at 51℃,a liquid material ratio 5.9∶1(m L/g) and extracted from the series 3. Under this conditions, the average extraction rate of GABA could reach 89.35%。
