Purification of Yohimbine Hgydrochloride by macroprous resin

The purification of yohimbine hydrochloride with macroporous resin was studied.The static adsorption and desorption performance of 8 kinds of resins for yohimbine hydrochloride were compared with static adsorption capacity and elution ratio as evaluation factors. The results showed that the optimum conditions of the static and dynamic adsorption and desorption for separating yohimbine hydrochloride by D101 resin were studied.The optimal conditions were: the concentration of the sample solution of 1.0mg/m L,p H2 ~3,the colume of the sample quantity of 38.2mg/g,best velocity 4.0m L/min,eluting with 50% ethanol,eluting 6BV. The yohimbine hydrochloride with respect to the purity improved 4~5 times.
