The separation of acetic bacteria advantage lies in acid production and the grey relational analysis on its proliferation and acid production with ethyl alcohol

  • In order to get acetic bacterial strain which had advantage lays in acid production from nature, clear and definite the relationship between its acid production, cell proliferation and ethanol concentration of fermentation substrate. In the experiment acetic bacteria was separation and purification with rotten pineapple, the bacterial colony which had bigger soluble calcium circle was selected and put into fermentation for acid production. Then the strain which had the highest acid prodution was found out after determined acid content of fermentation broth. It was put into the fermentation experiment on constant temperature with a series of alcohol concentration. After a time the cell proliferation and acid production were detected. Datas of these was put into analysis based on the grey relational analysis, by calculation two relevancies between alcohol concentration and acid production and cell proliferation were acquired. And their relational sequence was put into compare. As the result,a acetic bacterial strain S1 which had advantage lies in acid production was got out,the relational degree between acid production, cell proliferation of S1 and alcohol concentration respectively was 0.670 and 0.517. The results showed that the correlation was outstanding between acid production of S1 and alcohol concentration( relational degree > 0. 6), and the correlation was non- significant between cell proliferation and alcohol concentration(relational degree<0.6). The effect of ethyl alcohol for acid production was greater than that for cell proliferation.
