Research progress in rapid detection for foodborne Escherichia coli

  • Escherichia coli is known as E.coli.A few serotypes of E.coli can cause foodborne diseases.It's harmful to human health. Therefore,it 's significant for establishing the rapid,sensitive and specific detection method of foodborne E.coli to guarantee the food safety. In this paper,the research development of rapid detection technologies on foodborne E.coli in food was summarized.
