Advancement of detection techniques for Vibrio parahae molytious in aquatic products

  • Vibrio parahae- molytious is one of the most frequent causes of death as food- borne pathogens in food.It infects the seafood products mostly and when people eat the seafood which is contaminated by Vibrio Parahaemolytcus,it will cause acute gastroenteritis,such as diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal eramps and so on.Molecular biological and immunological methods of the detection for Vibrio Parahaemolytcus and prospect the development direction of this field were summarized.
