Review on depuration of paralytic shellfish poisoning in shellfish

  • To explore the paralytic shellfish poison(PSP) removal methods and effectively improve the shellfish food safety,the physical method,chemical method and biological method and their purification efficiency were reviewed in three aspects. The treating temperature, safe adsorption, microbial degradation and enzymatic hydrolysis conversion and other research results were analyzed and summarized, for shellfish removal PSP toxins and shellfish purification research.
