Evaluation of the effect of mixed zhen gan drinks on chemical liver injury

  • To explore the protective effect on chemical liver injury of Mixed zhen gan drinks. Male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups: blank group,model group and mixed zhen gan drinks with low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.Each group was ntragastric administration for 30 d,the acute hepatic injury model was made by CCl4 except the control group,the level of ALT and AST was detected and pathology were carried out.Results: Level of ALT and AST in high and middle dose group was lower than that of CCl4 hepatic injury model group with significant difference( p < 0.01),rat pathologic total points of high dose group was lighter than CCl4 hepatic injury model group with significant difference( p < 0.01). Conclusion: Mixed zhen gan drinks had auxiliary protection effect on chemical liver injury。
