Separation and purification of Euryale shell triterpene compound with macroreticular resin

  • Adsorption performance and elution parameters of suitable macroreticular resin were researched with Elution effects of trierpenoids as the reference indexes. The results showed that DM301 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of Euryale Shell total triterpenes. Adsorption process was in accord with Langmuir monolayer adsorption equation. The optimum conditions were as follows: with 90% ethanol as eluant,working solution p H6,sample rate 6BV,eluting at a flow rate 2BV / h and the sample concentration was 3.5mg / m L.Conclusions showed that,DM301 macroporous resin could be used for separation and purification of the Euryale shell triterpenoids andthe content of triterpenoids increased from 36.42% to 87.54%. The technique condition was scientific and reasonable.It can be used to separate and purificate Euryale Shell total triterpenes.
