Optimization of adsorption and desorption of static macroporous resin to resveratrol of grape pomace

  • Properties of adsorption and desorption of four kinds of macroporous resins (AB-8, D4020, DM130 and HPD600) were investigated. Then, taking AB-8 macroporous resin as an objective, adsorption conditions were optimized using response surface methodology on basis of single factor experiment. Finally, desorption conditions were also studied. The results indicated that, comparing to other three kinds of macroporous resins, AB-8 macroporous resin was a suitable resin for adsorption and desorption experiments. Time of adsorption and temperature had extremely significant effect on adsorption amount of resveratrol, p H have a significant impact on it. The optimum conditions for adsorpting resveratrol were found to be at 25.8℃ for 4.2h with p H6.4.Under these conditions, the adsorption amount was 89.05mg/g and the desorption rate was 85.77%, when using 75% ethanol eluting for 2.5 hours.
