Optimization of flocculating- complex strains culture and resource treatment conditions in potato starch wastewater

  • In potato starch wastewater the optimistic nutrition conditions of flocculating- complex strains were optimized by single factors and orthogonal test, then the optimistic parameters of wastewater technology treated by these flocculating- complex strains were optimized by response surface methodology. The results indicated that the optimal nutrition conditions of cultured these strains was alcohol 1.5m L /100 m L, NH4NO30.15 g /100 m L, KH2PO40.35 g /100 m L and p H7.0, and the optimal parameters of wastewater technology treated by above flocculating-complex strains were strain dosages 1m L /100 m L, Ca Cl2 dosages 2m L /100 m L, stirring speed 187 r / min.Under these conditions the real chemical oxygen demand ( COD) removal rate of potato starch wastewater was 89.10%.Meanwhile the crude protein of 6.23 g / L was recovered and used as animal feedstuff additives.
