Synthetic research of soybean isoflavone glycoside hydrolyzed into isoflavone aglucon by malic acid catalysis

  • Objective:The optimum conditions of soybean isoflavone glycoside hydrolyzed into isoflavone aglucon by malic acid catalysis were found. Method:The hydrolysis rate of soybean isoflavone aglucon was taken as evaluation index. The hydrolysis process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal tests.Result:The optimum hydrolysis conditions of soybean isoflavone glycoside hydrolyzed into isoflavone aglucon by malic acid catalysis:reaction temperature was 130℃, reaction time was 3.0h, solution concentration of malic acid was 2.0mol/L, hydrolysis rate above 94.0%. Conclusion:This paper explored a simple and stable technologic way on soybean isoflavone glycoside hydrolyzed into isoflavone aglucon.
