Research progress in application of graphene in food analysis

  • Since the discovery of grapheme in 2004, it has attracted great interest and exhibite great prospect in many applications, such as environmental analysis, food analysis and biological analysis, etc. In this paper, a review of the application of grapheme in the analyses of food ingredients, food additives, heavy metals, pesticides and antibiotics was presented. The prospects of graphene in food analysis were also evaluated.
