Acetylization derivatives synthesis of polysaccharides from Lonicera japonica

  • The preparation of Lonicera japonica polysaccharides acetylization derivatives synthesis conditions was studied.According to the degree of substitution, response surface methodology was operated to optimize the acetylization modificiation. The best conditions were reaction temperature 72℃, polysaccharides- to- acetic anhydride ratio of 2.15 and reaction time 4.2h. The degree of substitution was 0.452. Compared with Lonicera japonica polysaccharides, the antioxidant ability of acetylization derivatives had been improved.
