Research and application on the processing technology and equipment for chili

  • As a condiment and vegetable, chili is popular with people across the country nowadays.Chili has a wide range of consumer groups and market due to its nutrition, piquancy and refreshing. This paper discussed the progress of research and application the processing technology and equipment of chili. Combining with the analysis on the development situation of the international chili industry, the development proposals of chili industry in the future in China is proposed which provide the reference for chili production processing, the character is industrialization, standardization, automation, mechanization.
