Outlines of study on allergenomics and its application on food allergy

  • Recently, the number of allergic patients is increasing, and the proteins responsible for allergic reactions have attracted much attention. Therefore, allergenomics was proposed. In this paper, the conception, the research technique and the application of allergenomics on food allergy were briefly reviewed.
