Effect of different kinds of conventional extraction methods on the contents of ginsenoside Re from Panax quinquefolium L. leaf

  • In this experiment, six conventional methods were used to extract panax quinquefolium saponin from leaves, and HPLC-UV method was used to detect the content of six kinds of method for extracting monomer ginsenoside Re, to investigate the content of different extraction methods monomer ginsenoside Re, finally, to determine the bestextraction method. The results showed that:in the premise of ether degreasing, we used methanol ultrasonic to extract panax quinquefolium saponin from leaves, then got the highest content of the total saponins and ginsenoside Re. Results under the gradient elution condition between water and acetonitrile, the retention time of Re was 15.2min, and the chromatographic peak was clear and distinguished.
