Analysis of organic acids in pickled radish by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography

  • A method for simultaneous determination of eight organic acids in pickled radish by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. YMC- Pack ODS- AQ C18column ( 5μm, 120A, 4.6mm ×150mm) was used at 27℃ and mobile phase was 4% CH3OH- 0.05 mol /L KH2PO4 ( pH2.9) with flow rate of0.6mL /min. Detection wavelength was 210nm.The extraction with ultrapure water was better.With these conditions, eight organic acids in pickled radish could be effectively separated and detected.The recoveries were 90.59% to103.85%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.34% to 2.18%.
