Specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish's isolation and PCR technique

  • The conventional microbiological detection methods and PCR techniques was used to determine rapidly the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish. The results showed that:the identification consequence of PCR and traditional method was consistency, and the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish was Bacillus, Pseudomonas and corruption Shewanella.
