Research advancement on detection method and safety of aluminum residue in jellyfish

  • Alums need to be added to processing jellyfish, which resulted in aluminum residue problems.This paper reviewed detection method of residual aluminum in the jellyfish and compares different sample pretreatment methods.This paper discussed security problems of aluminum residue in the jellyfish.Currently, the hazards of aluminum residue in foods have caused widespread concern and relevant risk evaluation work necessary to be carried out.
