Abstract

Eight mental elements, K, Ca, Na, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn, in the root of Limonium Bicolor were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) . The recoveries of detection were in the range of 89% ⁹6%. It was indicated that the method had good precision and accuracy for analysis. The contents of these mental elements in the root of Limonium Bicolor were abundance. The order was K>Na>Mg> Ca >Fe >Zn >Cu >Mn. Determination of mental elements was helpful to clarify the medicine mechanism of Limonium Bicolor.
