Migration of phthalate acid esters of paper-made food packaging into Tenax and milk powder

  • Plastizer is a common harmful substance.Phthalic acid ester is one kind of plastizer which is used.Considering the factors that influence the migration behavior of pathalic acid esters from paper and board into Tenax and milk powder at different temperatures, for example 100, 70 and 50℃, 10 kinds of phthalate acid esters were tested by GC-MS.The results showed that the migration of phthalate acid esters was mainly effected by temperature, paper properties and molecular structure, etc.The higher temperature and lower gram weight and thickness could lead to speed up migration behavior.
