  • The objective of this paper was expound the concept and the related characteristics of cold pressing.The research status, the application of cold pressed cake was introduced. Compared with solvent extraction and the traditional squeezing method, then the advantages and development prospect of cold pressed cake was analyzed. So as to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of cold pressed cake.
