Screening of species diversity of farmland soil Actinomyces in pingquan, Hebei province

  • In this study, farmland soil in Pingquan, Hebei province was revealed rich species diversity of actinomycetes. Culture-independent approach and 16S rRNA gene library were used in experiment process.Analyses of 596 sequences in 16S rRNA library of these actinomycetes showed that there were 29 genera, 17families, 12 suborder, and 2 suborders. The dominant were Blastococcus (12.75%) , Nocardioides (9.39%) , Arthrobacter (8.72%) , Microlunatus (5.37%) , Aciditerrimonas (4.69%) , and Ilumatobacter (3.35%) . The data enriched the resources and ecological function of actinomycetes, which offered a strong support in species diversity.
