Abstract
According to the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) on blood pressure regulation mechanism, furan acryloyl tripeptide (FAPGG) as it was angiotensinⅠmimetic. It was established in vitro trypsin digestion system and simulated rat liver mixed function oxidase (MFO) analog liver metabolism system. Untreated ACE inhibitory peptides of amaranth IC50valued 1mg/mL, digestion and incubated in vitro after treatment ACE inhibitory peptides IC50 valued 10mg/mL.
