Fingerprint analysis of peanut oil based on gas chromatography

  • Learned from fingerprinting research ideas, built peanut oil by gas chromatography (GC) fingerprints.In the preferred chromatographic conditions, chromatograms 16 samples screened used software similarity eight common peaks established peanut oil fingerprinting method validation, 8 total peak precision, RSD of the stability were less than 3.1% and 5.1%. Meanwhile, the used of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) for a total of eight peaks chemical vest, and determine its relative content of the used of normalization method. The established method was simple, sensitive, and provided technical reference for the identification and evaluation of the quality of peanut oil, peanut oil authenticity.
