Abstract
Bacterial strains was isolated from Douchi and then 16S rDNA gene was amplifed. The bacterial strains was used for animal experiment in the method of intragastric administration after sequencing analysis. Results showed that the main bacteria in the Douchi was Bcillus subtilis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Weissella paramesenteroides, Pdiococcus acidilactici, Pdiococcus pentosaceus, Lactobacillus fermentium and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens could significantly decrease the level of blood glucose ( GLU) in mice after intragastric administration, and other bacteria had no effect on the level of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) , total bilirubin ( TBIL) , direct bilirubin ( DBIL) , creatinine ( CREA) , urea nitrogen ( BUN) , uric acid ( UA) , blood glucose ( GLU) , triglyceride ( TG) and total cholesterol ( TC) . The results of viable counting method revealed that bacteria strains isolated from Douchi could improve the structure of intestinal flora except Staphylococcus epidermidis. It follows that bacteria strains isolated from Douchi are safe for organism.
