Effect of radiation processing on organophosphorus pesticide degradation of cloudy apple juice

  • This experiment studied the influences of irradiation treatment of four kinds of organophosphorus pesticides ( chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, dichlorvos, acepgate and omethoate) degradation and the quality of cloudy apple juice, and studied fruit juice colors, V C content, total phenol content and so on.Organophosphorus pesticides was measured according to the ministry of agriculture standards ( NY/Y761-2004) , which was slightly improved. The results showed that under the radiation condition of these experiment, the degradation rate of four kinds pesticides organophosphorus descending order was chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, acephate and omethoate.In general, the effect of irradiation degradation, which had no negative effect on the quality of cloudy apple juice when the amount of irradiation was below 6kGY, on four kinds of organophosphorus pesticide was better.
