Research progress in detection method of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafoods

  • Vibrio parahaemolyticus is an important food- borne pathogen, which was one of the most important pathogenic factors for food- borne disease outbreak in China. There are many detection methods of Vibrio parahaemolyticus now, and each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages. This review article summarized the existing detection methods, which lays a foundation on their application and development.
