Research progress in the mechanical properties of cereal

  • The cereal mechanical properties are important factors for the processing quality and food quality, meanwhile, they have an influence on the cereal storage, the germination rate of seed and other physiological characteristics. The grain mechanical properties research methods, the relationship between organizational structure and mechanical properties, mechanical characteristics and other aspects of the research progress were summarized in this article, the shortcomings of the research was indicated, and cereal mechanical characteristics development trends was discussed.
