Accelerated Solvent Extraction and its applications in food analysis

  • Accelerated Solvent Extraction ( ASE) is a sample pre- treatment technology developed in recent years. Owing to the advantages of short time- consuming, low volume of solvent- using, high automation over the traditional extraction methods, ASE had been become one of the better sample pre- treatment methods. The principles, influence factors, operation methods of ASE and its application in food analysis were reviewed.
